Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund (must be in original packaging unopened). 
If items are open, they cannot be returned unless faulty. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email amysbeautyrooms@outlook.com prior to sending your parcel back for further instruction.

We recommend that you return using a tracked service and keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable.

If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive your package, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
